It’s been seven years since Darkglass Electronics was founded. In spite of having no financial backing, experience running a start-up, traction in the market place nor industry contacts, we at Darkglass succeeded with passion, sheer determination and two secrets. We named these secrets Microtubes B3K and Microtubes B7K. As much as we lacked in many areas in the early days, we knew that when it came to sound, design and technical innovation, we had the tools to become a force to be reckoned with in the guitar industry. It is almost unheard of to have the two flagship products of a tech company to stay virtually unchanged for almost a decade. We thought the time had come to implement some of the engineering tricks we have learned in our journey to give our much loved products the upgrade they deserved.
